We aim to complete the design within a minimum of 18 hours and a maximum of 96 hours.
Please include essential details in your request form, such as the intraoral scan file, the tooth numbers (Universal) for the desired design, and the patient’s condition.
Provide background information like the milling machine/cutting tools you use, the shrinkage rate of the blocks, and your office's temperature/humidity. (For repeat orders, this information can be omitted unless there are changes.)
If the design is for a temporary restoration like PMMA, please let us know in advance for an even faster turnaround.
By default, designs are created using Exo-CAD, 3Shape, or Cerec and delivered in .stl format. If you require a different file format, please inform us in advance.
